Sachin Yadav is one of the world’s leading experts in mindfulness and other yogic practise based in India ( Himalayas ).

Mindfulness was a new term at a fairly young age of 25 when sachin felt the need to explore the world of Mindfulness and meditation. After Postgraduating from University of Leeds in Automotive Engineering He found that due to certain health issues his mind was thrown off the balance. But His inner voice guided him to discover more than what is so close but invisible to the normal eyes. From sleepless nights to High Blood Pressures , To stress and anxiety , you name it and sachin has faced it through his journey.

Though not easy but the sheer will to come out of the problem has led him to find a way out of all this problem and moreover develop some of the fantastic cognitive abilities set which includes improved memory , concentration , attention , blissfulness, knowing more about the functioning of mind , Relation of mind and body , Energy fields in human system etc.

Thankfully, He discovered a powerful mindfulness practice that cured all problems and improved his health. His transformation was so dramatic that he felt inspired to share it with others.

After years of studying and practicing ancient practices , Psychology, Philosophy in India and teaching thousands of high performers, Sachin created Mindfulness Programme- Door to Divine- a mental technique that combines the stress-relieving benefits of Mindfulness with the mental clarity of mindfulness. he takes the woo-woo out of mindfulness and makes it attractive and easy to implement.
